What you need to know as restrictions ease

As of the 23 November:

• we still need to adhere to social distancing and therefore need to continue to restriction to the number of people in the clinic at any one time – we ask that only 1–2 people come in per pet and if there are more than 4 people in reception, please wait outside

• mask wearing – yes, you’ll need to wear a mask when you are inside the clinic. Please drink your coffee before or after you come into the consult room

Note that we are booked out for consultations most days – please don’t be offended if we can’t see you on a walk-in basis. And on a related note, if you don’t need your appointment, please call and cancel it rather that not turning up – the people on the waitlist will thank you!
